This is the thinnest foldable device in the world. This device packs lots of technologies. Let me introduce you to the HONOR Magic V2.

HONOR have been releasing high-end smartphones lately. The HONOR Magic V2 is one of them. This device is the thinnest foldable in the world, which means it’ll be great for business oriented people as it packs lots of tech in it.

Let’s discuss this device starting with the design. The device has a foldable internal screen and an external slap screen. The design of the device is elegant, and it looks very similar to a regular device when folded. The device is protected with a second gen Nano Crystal later. According to HONOR, this glass layer is 10x more scratch resistant. The device weighs 231g, and the thickness is 9.9mm when folded. The build material and the hinges are way more developed than the previous version. It is now made from titanium. The device is SGS certified. The device comes with 3 finishes, black, pruple and black leather. The external screen is 6.43″ OLED with 2376×1060 resolution.

The aspect ratio is 20:9. The external screen supports up to 2500nits of brightness. The internal screen is 7.92″ OLED with 2344×2156 resolution. The internal screen is square-ish, and when open, the thinness of the device is shocking. Amazing job from HONOR. The device supports Pen input using the new HONOR Stylus. The Pen comes with a great design, and has some weight to it, making it feels like a real pen, it has a button and a pocket hook. Both screens support 120Hz refresh rate and produce 1.97 billion colors. The device comes with the SD 8 Gen 2 CPU and the GPU is the Adreno 740. They are made using the 4nm architecture.

In Geekbench 6, the CPU scored 1501 points for the single core and 4328 points for multicores.

PUBG game started with the high performance and 120fps. On this device, PUBG supports 120Hz refresh rate. The CPU inside it is from 2023. We are promised with a device that has the new CPU device in August, and it’ll be the Fold 6 from Samsung. This is the latest foldable device but it comes with last year’s CPU. Yet, the performance of the CPU is great.

Let’s now discuss the cameras. The main camera is 50MP, and so is the Ultra Wide. The zoom camera is 20MP. Both front facing cameras are 16MP. Having more cameras means that you can use the device however you prefer. How do the cameras perform?

The main camera provides excellent performance and light withdrawal. The colors were cold in most conditions. The Ultra Wide camera provides warm colors, and the performance was very good in most conditions. Portrait photos and isolation were very good and the colors are warm in most conditions. The front facing camera produces contrasty photos with cold colors. Tp get the best results, make sure that you are facing a light source when using the cameras. Portraits using the front facing camera were good as well. The device supports 10x digital zoom with acceptable performance. The device supports shooting 4K@60fps videos with minimal shakiness.

Let’s now discuss the specs. The device runs Android 13 with MagicOS 7.2. It supports lots of shortcuts and features. The device officially supports Google services out of the box. The device unlocks using the fingerprint sensor embedded in the side power button. It also unlocks using the front facing camera, but it is not secure enough as it doesn’t have dedicated 3D sensors. It comes with a 16+7GB RAM. The storage is either 256GB or 512GB. The device supports dual sims and eSIM. It supports bluetooth 5.3 and WiFi 7, which I haven’t tested yet. The device also supports payment methods using NFC.

When I visited HONOR in China, I’ve seen how much effort they do in developing their batteries. The device comes with split batteries, one in each side. The battery is 5000mAh. The batteries are made from silicon and carbon. The device supports fast charging with 66W using the USB-C port.

The box includes the device, charging cable, chager, booklets And there’s a carbon fiber cover, depending on the version you get. This version comes with the carbon fiber cover that has a base.

What are the pros and cons of this device?

It is the thinnest foldable phone in the world, making it look like a normal slap smartphone. The screen has a crease in the middle, but it is unnoticeable. It supports fast charging, and both screens support 120Hz refresh rate. The RAM is 16GB, and it can be increased up to another 7GB taken from the storage.

I wished it supported an external SD card. It supports WiFi 7, but it is not popular until now, but shows how much HONOR cares about advanced technologies. The pen won’t be officially available in Afrika and the middle east. I got this one form China.

Keep following to know more details. Hopefully, the Pen will supported with the next version. This has been my review of the Magic V2 device form HONOR. This device supports features that aren’t regularly available with foldable devices. It is shocking how thin this device is. HONOR’s Magic series are great. This Magic V2 is a huge step forward for foldable devices. I am very excited for what’s next. This is the end of this review guys.

Samsung has changed everything. The basis of the new S24 series is AI. We’ll discuss the latest of AI improvements with these new S24 series. I am currently attending the event in USA. Samsung announced the new S24+, S24 Ultra and the S24.

Which one do you like the most? The Ultra. – Why? It is because of the CPU, camera, screen. Most of the internal specs have been upgraded. Such as the CPU, cameras and the screen. However, these are not the most important features about this device. Samsung announced something called Galaxy AI. This feature will help users with lots of things. You can search photos, and it’ll detect it and tell you everything about the photo, it can also translate languages such as English, Spanish, French or even Korean, it can adjust photos and edit them, it can also create personal AI backgrounds for your phones. These backgrounds can also interact with the weather conditions. AI can also edit videos and add lost frames to them, it can manage the battery and provide 3.5h more battery life. The hardware of these devices have been improved, but they are not the most important feature of them.

The S24 have been your gate to enter the AI world. Make sure that you are subscribed to see my full review and experiments with these devices. However, the design of the Ultra has changed. Even though the changes are minimal, but the new flat screen makes a huge difference. The frame of the device is now rounded. It is also made from titanium, it also comes with 4 colors, which I’ll discuss later.

What do you think of the new device? AI is really great. Why are you afraid? I have no idea. The screen brightness of the Ultra reaches up to 2600 nits. It also supports 120Hz refresh rate.

Which device will you be getting? The Ultra, especially this color! I love this grey titanium color. He indeed loves it. The Ultra comes with the best cameras, such as the 200MP main camera. One of the Telephoto cameras has been upgraded to 50MP. Here’s a list of the details of the cameras.

Which device do you like the most? For some reason, I like the Plus version. But I like the grey color the most. The devices come with new CPUs, for the example, the Ultra comes with the SD 8 Gen3 CPU built using the 3nm architecture. The RAM is 12GB, and it can be increased up to 20GB using the software. The Ultra comes with 5000mAh battery, the Plus has a 4900mAh battery, and the S24 has a 4000mAh battery. However, with the new CPU and AI features, the batteries are expected to last longer.

Which device do you like the most? – The Ultra.

Why the Ultra? It has a better battery and CPU. Apps such as Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook support the new cameras for better outcome. They support better stabalization and night videos.

What do you think of the new series? Which device exactly? The Ultra. – Great AI and CPU.

Let me know discuss the most important part of this review? It is the Galaxy AI from Samsung. Some of the features of this device work offline, while other require an internet connection. You can select something from a photo, and AI will look for it and provide results. You can look for places and landscapes in photos and it’ll provide information about it.

In your opinion, what’s the best device? -For me, it is the Ultra. I like it because it has a flat screen and comes with top notch specs. That’s why I choose the Ultra.

Is this the time for AI? -Yes, it is. If it is employed correctly, then it’ll be great, and as far as we’ve seen, I think it is employed very well. You can make a phone call to a restaurant, and speak a different language, and the device will translate your conversation. You can change the language from the supported list. Arabic will be supported, as well.

What device do you like the most?

I like the Ultra the most. The feature I like the most is the Instant Slo-Mo. You can record a 24fps video and turn it into 240fps slo-mo video. This feature will be free for 5 years, and it’ll then require a subscription. It’ll be similar to other AI services.

What if you buy a new device next year? It’ll also work normally. AI can now transcribe meetings. It’ll also define who is talk and separate the text. AI will then summarize the transcription, it’ll create a bullet points list of the most important points in the meeting. There are AI apps that can do this feature. But with these Galaxy devices, this service is integrated and works without internet. It also supports high security and privacy levels. You won’t have to pay for other similar services anymore.

What device do you like the most, and why? The Ultra, because I am a fan of the screen. I like the bezels and how flat the screen is. In a previous review, I said if the screen is flat, then the device will be great. These AI features work with all supported devices.

What device do you like the most? S24 Plus. Because now it supports nearly the same features as the Ultra, but with less price. it only lacks the S Pen support. -But you can for the Ultra. if that’s what you want! The prices haven’t changed much from last year. It comes with 4 colors, and the Ultra has the same colors, but in Titanium. The colors are black, grey, violet, and yellow. However, the Ultra has a slightly different shades of the same color.

What device do you like the most? – For sure the Ultra. The reason is because of the S Pen support. I thought you were imitating Thanos. For me, the flat screen makes a lot of difference. Sure, even it feels better in the hand now. Thank you. The Ultra’s storage reaches up to 1TB, and it has an S Pen. AI is supported on all 3 devices. Samsung also announced new accessories such as the protection covers. One of the covers I like has also been upgraded with a base now.

Which device do you like the most? -The Ultra. I really enjoy the fact that the screen of the device is not curved anymore.

Is having on-device AI something great? -of course. The most important feature of this series is the integrated AI features. Also, giving the users the opportunity to enter the AI world without having to risk their privacy with 3rd party apps.

If you are looking for a luxurious gaming device, then you’ve arrived to the right review. Each part of this device has beautiful details, it also packs a lot of different ports. The build material is excellent. Let me introduce you to the MSI Stealth device.

This device is the result of Mercedes and MSI cooperation. This is the MSI Stealth 16 Mercedes-AMG Motor Sport, it is a luxurious gaming laptop. The design of the device is loaded with details. The engineers of this device made sure to make an excellent gaming device, yet offers great usability for daily using. We’ve done a lot of tests on this device. We used it to broadcast 8K stream for car game. Needless to say, the car we used was Mercedes.

The Moto of the Mercedes-AMG is « One Man, One Engine. » There are lots of details in this device. The design of this device is distinctive. Especially that it comes with lots of ports, runs using a 13th Gen i9 Intel CPU, and Nvidia’s 4070 GPU. This device can run games with the highest settings. And the results of the tests we’ve conducted on it were excellent.

Let me discuss the details of this device, 😍 But let’s start with the unboxing, because it is also unique. The box contains a special mouse, Special Edition card, a bag with the same branding, a fast-charging adapter, a mouse-pad with the same branding, and a 128GB flash drive. Even the selenite grey color of this device is a result of the cooperation between Mercedes and MSI. AMG is Mercedes’s strongest sport engine.

Usually these AMG-powered Mercedes cars offer very high performance and capabilities. With this device, it feels like Mercedes added their own touch while designing it. This device packs a number of ports. On the right side, there’s a 3.5mm headphone jack and a Thunderbolt 4 USB-C port with PD Charging support. There’s also another 3.2 USB 2nd Gen port and a DC-in port. On the left side, there is another USB-C Gen 2 port with DP Charging support, too. There’s also a Micro SD Card Reader. And an HDMI 2.1 port with 8K@60Hz and 4K@120Hz support. And next to it there’s a LAN port. With these ports, you won’t need to use adapters. This is one indication of how powerful the device is.

We used this rig with the device and connected it using the HDMI port. And using the right cable, the stream was 8K@60Hz. And we connected it to this 80″ screen. The screen can show amazing details. The rig we used supports PCs and we connected it to the laptop. As you can see, the details shown on the screen are amazing, and if anything this means the device that can output it is powerful. With the CPU and GPU in this device, you’ll feel like you’re gaming on a dedicated PC device, not a laptop. You can see how powerful the GPU is.

The frames this device produced ranges from 40 to 60fps, and the GPU throttling is very high. These numbers that are shown in front me are being produced by a laptop. This device makes you feel like you’re not gaming on a PC device. I feel like I am gaming using a dedicated gaming console. And this is apparent from my experience and the numbers that are shown.

As I said before, when designing this device, both companies made sure to make great in both; gaming and daily using. The device comes with a 16″ OLED screen with 16:10 aspect ratio, it has a UHD+ resolution. It is VESA Certified DisplayHDR True Black 600. The bezels around the screen isn’t the thinnest in the market, but the specs it packs makes it balanced. However, it only supports 60Hz. I wished it supported higher Hertz rate, since with gaming devices, we get screens with higher refresh rate. But for sure, there are other specs that make up for the lack of high refresh rate.

For example, if you connect it to an external display, you’ll get 8K@60Hz or 4K@120Hz. Atop the screen, there’s a stealth webcam with a physical shut off button and a red indicator, for higher privacy. The device supports Windows Hello for unlocking, and it runs Windows 11 Pro.

Let’s discuss the cooling system of this device, 😎 The device comes with dual fans and a huge surface area as ventilation for better heat dissipation . MSI calls it Cooler Boost 5. The cooling system is actually efficient. The cooling system design also has hints from the Mercedes-AMG GT2 cooling system. The pipes inside the device are efficient in carrying the heat from the CPU and GPU to the fans and vents.

But how does it work when it is connected to an external screen?

When connecting the device to an 8K screen with 60fps with the highest settings, the laptop was a bit hot. However, the performance didn’t drop. Despite the fact that the device was apparently hot. This is the area where it was hot the most. But the heat is understandable since we were exporting 8K resolution using an external screen. The device comes with a AMG logo, and has a steelserious keyboard. The keyboard includes a numpad, but it is compact. The key travel is good. The space key has a unique design on it, similar to the design of the camera. The device also comes with a fingerprint sensor. Before we discuss other specs, the Dynaudio six-speaker system is exclusive for this device. These speakers produce great audio. They support Hi-Res audio. The sound system consists of 2 speakers and 4 subwoofers.

The CPU is the Intel Core i9 13th Gen with 14 cores and 5.4Ghz frequency for each core. And as mentioned before, it comes with the Cooler Boost 5 system. Along with dual fans and cooling pipes. In Geekbench 6, the CPU scored 2793 points for the single core and 15374 points for multicores. .. In 3DMark Time spy 3 Test, the GPU scored 10800 points. The device comes with an app called MSI Center, with 5 different modes. These modes include Eco, Silent, Comfort, Sport and Smart modes. Using this software, you can download additional features for oversight, control and performance. The software acts as a store to download additional features. We’ve downloaded all the features, as shown here.

The device supports WiFi 6e, but your router must support it. WiFi 6e protocol is officially supported in the middle East and asia, it also supports bluetooth 5.3 and Thunderbolt 4 port with Display port support to help connect it to an external screen. You can connect a number of screens to this device. The device comes with 64GB of GDDR5 5200 RAM installed in 2 slots inside the device. The device also comes with 2TB of SSD M.2 4th Gen installed in two slots. The front facing camera is FHD 30fps with IR support. The device charges with 240W using the charger that comes in the box. Or you can use the PD port to charge it with up to 100W speed. The device weighs 1.880kg. The device is lightweight and the design and color are great.

Pros: 😻

It has a powerful CPU and GPU. The design is great, and the number of supported ports makes this device ideal for gaming. .

Cons: 😿

The device might get a little hot while gaming, and the screen only supports 60Hz. Since it is a gaming device, it should’ve come with higher refresh rate screen. But it comes with an HDMI 2.1 port, which is also great for gaming with external monitors. This is a special edition gaming device from MSI. The cooperation between of these companies is great. 😉✌️

Usually laptop companies cooperate with others to make unique devices, and in this cooperation, MSI and Mercedes made a luxury gaming laptop. The build material is very good.
