Which one is more powerful than the other? Is it the Galaxy S23 Ultra or the iPhone 15 Pro Max?

These are the two flagship devices from Samsung and Apple. Both of these devices have high maturity when it comes to the design. However, what are the inside parts of these devices that make one better than the other?

Hi guys, Before we start, let me remind you that this comparison is based on numbers. However, it remains up to your personal preferences. Let’s start with the display. I need you to focus with me on numbers. The Galaxy comes with a 6.8″ Dynamic AMOLED 2X with QHD+ resolution.

The resolution of the screen is 3088×1440. The refresh rate of the screen is 120Hz. This means that the refresh rate is dynamic as it drops to the lowest rate depending on the content. The iPhone comes with a 6.7″ screen, which is slightly smaller than the one on the Galaxy. The resolution i 2796×1240. It also supports adaptive refresh rate. Users can’t control the refresh rate settings, unlike the Galaxy. TheWhile The Based on the numbers, the Galaxy wins the point.

Let’s now compare the CPUs. The Galaxy comes with the Qualcomm SD 8 Gen 2 with 8 cores and is built using the 4nm architecture. The GPU is the Adreno 740. The iPhone comes with the A17 Pro with 6 cores and is built using the 3nm architecture.

How do both of these CPUs compare?

In In Geekbench 6, the Galaxy scored 1963 points for the single core and 5119 points for multicores. While the iPhone scored 2912 points for the single core and 7223 points for the Multicore.

With numbers, the iPhone provides better numbers. The Galaxy 24 Ultra is supposed to compete with these numbers. The iPhone wins the point.

Let’s discuss the cameras. The Galaxy comes with quad rear cameras. The main camera is 200MP, and Ultra Wide is 12MP with 120 degree of view. Third is a 10MP zoom lens with 10x optical zoom. The fourth is a 10MP periscope camera. The front facing camera is 12MP. However, I’ll test these cameras later on. The iPhone comes with 3 rear cameras: the main is 48MP, and the second is 12MP zoom camera. Both cameras support OIS. The third is a 12MP Ultra Wide. The front facing camera is 12MP.

Let’s test these cameras by taking a tour in The PALACE. The test will showcase how both devices perform, in terms of audio and video. Both of videos were shot using the Samsung S23 Ultra and the iPhone 15 Pro Max. This is how both devices perform in terms of the mic and Noise Cancelation. And this is how both devices perform with light withdrawal. This is the best both companies afford in the market. This is how both devices compare in terms of light withdrawal in different scenarios. And while we are at it, here’s The PALACE. We use this chair for simulations and games. Pay attention to the stabalization on both devices while I am moving around. This is how both cameras perform.

The cameras support recording 4K@60fps with stabalization. However, the Galaxy supports recording 8K. The Galaxy supports 8K@30fps videos. While the iPhone can support 4K@60fps. Both support similar frame rates. Here’s some of samples taken using the main cameras on both devices. Samsung has been successful in developing great zoom capabilities on their devices lately. Here’s a sample using the Ultra Wide camera. Here’s a sample of Macro photos. You can pause the video to inspect which one has higher quality. Both devices support RAW photos. A RAW photo taken on the Galaxy comes with a 100MB size. While a RAW photo shot on the iPhone comes with 58.8MB size.

Technically speaking, which one is better? Both devices offer amazing camera performances for regular and pro users. You can adjust the camera settings to get a better photo. But in this case, the iPhone wins the point.

Let’s discuss the battery. Historically speaking, the Galaxy comes with a highly developed battery. It supports fast charging speeds with up to 45W. The official Apple website says the charging speed is 20W.

Let’s find out more about the batteries and their sizes. The Galaxy comes with a 5000mAh battery with 45W charging speeds. The Galaxy comes with better numbers. It charges from 0% to 100% in one hour. The iPhone comes with a 4422mAh battery, which is unofficial, with 20W charging speed. The battery fully charges in 2 hours and 10 minutes.

The point goes to the Galaxy.

However, the battery longevity and life depends on the user’s usage. Here in Morocco and Asia, Snapchat is very popular, which consumes lots of battery. Those who don’t use Snapchat don’t complain about the battery. On Android, apps consume lots of energy. But apps in the background don’t consume battery on both devices. Let’s now discuss additional features.

The iPhone supports Cinematic Video. The screen supports 2000nits of brightness. It comes with the Face ID unlocking system. The Galaxy comes with a bigger battery and the S Pen, which can be used a remote control. It supports 8K videos and other features. This depends on the users’ preferences. Both devices support WiFi 6E and bluetooth 5.3. Both support 5G networks. In terms of additional features, both are similar.

Let’s discuss prices. How much do you have to spend to get one of these? The 256GB version of the iPhone costs 5699 SAR. Or 7699 SAR for the 1TB version. Storage depends on your needs. The 256GB of the Galaxy costs 4199 SAR. The 1TB version costs 5939 SAR. Numerically speaking, the point goes to the Galaxy.

However, logically speaking, both of them get a point.

The Galaxy wins the comparison, but this doesn’t mean that the iPhone isn’t good.

When someone who uses a Galaxy device asks me whether to switch to iPhone, I tell them to stay with the Galaxy. But if you want to switch between systems, then it is up to you. But getting used to a certain system makes it hard to switch to another one.

The same thing applies to the iPhone. If you’re not satisfied with the services it offers, then make the switch. Otherwise, stay with the iPhone. There are lots of users who switch between both operating system. There are more powerful devices than the Galaxy S23 Ultra. Numerically speaking, the Galaxy wins.

How about you? There’s a device available in the market that is very important for me to compare it with other devices. It is the new Magic from HONOR. It is one of the best Android devices this year when it comes to features and supported technologies. Will this device beat the iPhone, too?

Let me know if I should make this comparison.

See you soon.😎✌️

First look at the iPhone 15 series❗️🥳🥳🥳 Different analysis from others… 🤫

In this review, I’ll discuss the latest advancements of the iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max. 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳 I’ll discuss things that Apple didn’t mention in the event, or even from different reviewers.

Peace be upon you all. This is your host OTTO magazine, Let’s discuss the design of these devices starting from the frame.

The frame of the Pro versions is now made from titanium🫣. The colors of this year are beautiful😍😍😍, but the important question is, will the colors get affected with time? 😒

I’ll discuss more details about this in the full review. I will be using the device with any protection and will let you know how it holds up. The back glass is matte, which is similar to last year’s iPhones. The device comes with 4 colors: natural titanium, blue titanium, white titanium and black space titanium. The length and width of these device have changed, as they are now 1mm smaller in diameter. It is also 0.5mm thicker. The device now come with a customisable Action Button.

For me, I customised it to open the camera, and customised two taps on the back to activate silent mode and 3 taps to take a screenshot. I expect that the Action Button will support more shortcuts in the future and will also support double and triple presses. The devices are 20g lighter than the iPhone 14 Pro. The same thing applies to the 15 Pro Max. The devices now support WiFi 6e, which offers faster internet speeds when using a supported router. The device comes with a USB-C port that supports transfer speeds with up to 10gbps.

However, to obtain this speed, you need a special cable. The cable that comes in the box is the standard one. This special cable (sold separately) is used with pro users to offer way faster data transfer speeds. This wasn’t possible on the previous devices. You can now connect a usb hard disk to the iPhone and directly transfer photos and videos to it. This won’t require third party apps. You can even record videos on a supported external hard drives. Using the right cable, you can also connect to an external screen and broadcast 4K@60fps videos even with the iPhone 15 and 15 Plus. But you have to use a USB-C to HDMI port and connect it to a supported screen.

The box comes with a USB-C with USB 2 speeds. The cable is 1m, and it is braided. The devices come with a new chip called Ultra Wide Band 2. This chip will greatly help in finding other devices that has the same chip. WIth time, this feature will be greatly helpful. The Pro versions come with the new A17 Pro CPU built using the new 3nm architecture. It also comes with a new faster Neural Engine. The CPU packs others features and a USB controller. The CPU also supports Ray-Tracing, which is the first time for an iPhone to support this feature. This new CPU provides excellent game experience.

This device will support AAA games that are playable on Xbox, PS and PCs. This definitely means that these devices are getting more advanced. These new devices support a new feature called Thread Network. This feature will be greatly helpful when connecting other smart IoT devices. But the feature will be supported with a future update. The device also supports voice isolation with FaceTime and regular calls. This feature is called Voice Isolation. This feature works with all iPhone 15 devices and devices that support iOS 17. This feature is great when you receive a call in a very noisy place.

The devices support more advanced satellite connectivity features and road assistance in supported countries. The device also supports more improved crash detection. The cameras of the iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max are better. There are more supported modes as Apple has been focusing on getting better results.

The new iPhone now support better compatibility with other Apple devices. Even though the device comes with 3 rear cameras, Apple says that this new iPhone feels like have 7 different lenses. The device comes with 3 different lenses. This is achieved using the new sensor, which offers better focal length and pixel cropping. This is done through software more than hardware.

The cameras’ software has been greatly enhanced with these devices. Photography enthusiasts will enjoy using these cameras. The outcome of these cameras, as shown by Apple, were astonishing. The outcome of these cameras does have the Apple DNA. I’ll make a lengthy review a month form now to discuss more details about the cameras. 👑🤫

Especially that the device will get new software updates to bring new features. The device shoots great videos. The cameras now support Cinematic Videos with 4k@60fps. And with the new USB-C, you can record RAW videos and store them directly on an external SD card. The devices will also support recording videos from both the main and the Ultra Wide camera to play them on the Vision Pro headset. With a future software update, these devices will support recording Spatial Videos. These videos can be played on a Vision Pro headset, and they’ll look 3D.

The devices support the latest 5.3 bluetooth. This allows a number of these devices to connect to one audio source. The new device technically come with the same screen as last year. The screen supports 120Hz refresh rate and 2000 nits of brightness. It also comes with 460ppi density, which is great. And the devices support the same charging speed as last year, which is 20W. iOS 17 brings lots of new features. But will find out later how the battery performs.

The new iPhone 15 and 15 Plus come with a different material on the back. The colors are now infused in the glass. The colors are now more bright than before. The new colors are the blue, pink, black, green and yellow. The devices come with nearly the same dimensions. They also come with last year’s A16 Bionic CPU. This CPU came with last year’s iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max. It now comes with the new iPhone 15 and 15 Plus. And they come with the Dynamic Island. This gives these devices a new fresh look. They also come with a new 48MP, which offers the best performance in its category. This could be the best iPhone camera in this price category. These devices are also equipped with the new UWB 2 chip. They also support voice isolation in FaceTime and regular calls.

The devices come with a USB-C port that supports 480mbps transfer speeds. And similar to the Pro versions, you can also transfer photos and videos directly from the device to an external storage. It also supports connecting to an external 4K screen with 4K@60 HDR resolution. But you should use the right cable. The cable that comes in the box only supports usb 2 speeds. With the USB-C port, app acceleration is even faster now. iPhones will benefit greatly from this USB-C port.

Having a USB-C on an iPhone allowed to connect it to an Android device for the first time. 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳 This wasn’t possible before🤤. This new ecosystem of USB-C ports will keep growing in the future.

Apple enthusiasts will enjoy the new feature that the company has brought to these new devices. Should you upgrade?

If you have an iPhone 12, you’ll notice the difference in performance, but it won’t be significant. This, though, doesn’t mean that your iPhone isn’t good. It means that your device works as it should. But if you own an iPhone 11 or older, you’ll actually feel the difference. But you should evaluate whether this upgrade is necessary or not.

In the upcoming review, I’ll discuss even more details about these device and the ecosystem. iPhone has been one of the easiest devices from Apple to recommend. Apple brings certain features that their users are adopted to, and the upgrades they bring work best in the ecosystem. There’s no significant changes between iPhone generations.

I am waiting for all of your questions about these devices to include them in the full review .

See you soon.😎✌️

Infinix GT 10 Pro❗️Economic mobile for games❗️❗️ Worth buying?🫣🤤

26.08.2023 by OTTO

This device is totally different, even its box is too. This is the GT10 Pro from Infinix. This device comes with orange accent along with many other unique features. Let’s find out about them together. ☕️🧁

This new device is directed towards smartphones lovers and gamers. The device is mostly made from plastic. The rear has a unique design that reflects the GT naming. The front is mostly a screen with a notch to house the front facing camera. The thickness of the device is 8.1mm. And it weighs less than 190g. The screen is 6.67″ LTPS AMOLED with 2400×1080 resolution.

The screen to body ratio is 87%. The screen supports high brightness, up to 900 nits, which means it can be used under direct sunlight. The screen also comes with 395ppi density. It also supports 120Hz refresh rate, which means it’ll work great with games that support high refresh rate. The touch sensitivity is also high at 360Hz, which means games will be more responsive with less lag. The device comes with the Dimensity 8050 5G CPU built using the 6nm architecture.

The GPU is the Mali G77. In Geekbench 6, the CPU scored 1254 points for the single core and 3503 points for multicores.

PUBG game started with the smooth settings and 90fps, which makes it already better than most other Android devices. The device comes with 3 rear cameras: the main one is 108MP, the second is the 2MP Macro, and the third is the 2MP depth camera. The front facing camera is 32MP. The main camera provide good performance and light withdrawal. The colors are mostly cold. In portrait photos, the isolation was good as well. The camera supports up to 10x digital zoom. The camera is also capable of shooting 4K@30fps videos, with good quality.

However, it also supports 1080p@60fps and 30fps. The outcome with 1080p is more stabalized. The device comes with a high responsive in-display fingerprint sensor. It also supports unlocking using the front facing camera, but it is not secure since it doesn’t come with dedicated 3D sensors. It also supports pattern and passcode for unlocking. The device runs Android 13 with fully Google services support. On top of Android 13, there’s Infinix’s XOS 13.1 UI. The device comes with 256GB of storage and 8GB of RAM. However, it supports another 8GB of virtual RAM. The device also supports an external SD card up to 1TB. The device supports 5G networks and dual sim cards, one of which is 5G. The device supports a 3.5mm headphone jack, bluetooth 5.3 and WiFi 6 for better gaming, but your router must support it, too. However, all other routers do work with this device. The device comes with a base in the box, and it doubles as a charger and speakers. The battery is 5000mAh and it supports charging with 45W. The 45W charger is included in the box. The battery charges from 0% to 50% in 20 minutes only.

The device also supports charge bypass while playing games. This means that, while gaming, the device will get its power directly from the charger and bypass the battery. The box includes the charger, charging cable, 3.5mm headphones and gaming controllers. These controllers double as triggers, to give you the impression that you’re using a console’s controllers.

The idea behind it is to be similar to the triggers of the Xbox and PS controllers.

Pros: ✌️👑

The device supports 5G, supports an official IP rating, supports charging with 45W and supports SD cards. The price of this device is 244 euros.. 🤪

To be honest, the box that it comes with is unique. 😍

Cons: 👎

I wished that it supported wireless charging.

Infinix has been doing amazingly lately with the devices that they releases in our market. They are working excellently to offer the best options for their customers.

Let me know what do you think of this new device❓️❗️😉… See you later.✌️
