đŹ In this blog, I’ll review one of Oppo’s best smartphones that is the Oppo Find X 2 Pro and Oppo’s best mid-range smartphones.
Hello guys, In this blog, I’ll review two devices.
The first is the Oppo Find X 2 Pro, which is one of Oppo’s best smartphones.
The device comes with a front made from glass, aluminum frame and a back made from leather and ceramic.
It also comes with a punch hole to house the front facing camera and a rectangular design to house the rear cameras.
The device comes with an OLED 6.7 screen with curved edges and supports 1 billion colors.
The screen resolution is 3168×1440 with 513ppi density.
You can change the screen resolution deepening on the content you’re watching.
The screen is protected by a Gorilla Glass 6 and supports HDR10+ and 120Hz refresh rate.
You can adjust the refresh rate to ‘automatic’ which means it’ll change depending on the content you’re watching.
The screen’s touch sensitivity is 240Hz, which makes it very smooth, especially in gaming.
The screen’s contrast, resolution and sharpness are excellent, It’s one of the best screens in its category.
It work’s very well, especially in direct sunlight. It’s one of the best screens in the market in its category.
Wait a minute! did you bring your cup of Coffe guys?â The next is better.đ
The speakers support Adobe Atmos. You can adjust the audio as you like.
You can adjust it to smart mode, which will adjust depending on the content.
Or you can choose manual depending on the content, You can choose different modes such as Movies, Games and Audio Media.
Most of the content on the internet doesn’t support the higher resolution this screen comes with.
The device comes with a 01 Ultra Vision Engine to adjust the content to make it suitable for the screen.
It adjusts the frames and colors, and it is compatible with the Youtube, Netflix and other different apps.
I expect more companies will support this mode on their devices.
No matter the type of content you watch on this device, you’ll get the best experience.
The device comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor.
The curviness of the screen is similar to older Samsung screens, Samsung has minimized the curviness now.
Sometimes it becomes a problem when you want to go back to the previous page.
And sometimes, the it suffers from light bleeding, But the device is very powerful.
It comes with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 CPU with 7nm+ architecture build with 8 cores.
The GPU is the 650, The device supports 5G technology.
It runs Android 10 with ColorOS 7.1 on top of it.
The UI doesn’t remove some of the features of Android, The UI supports Google services and comes with Gboard as the main keyboard.
You can change the settings if you prefer, It also supports multiple users.
I think this feature should be available with all smartphones.
There’s also a side bar for frequent used apps, and you can change the apps as you like.
The device comes with 512GB of UFS 3.0 onboard storage, The device comes also with 12GB of RAM.
There’s a feature where you can pin certain apps in the RAM without being reloaded, The device’s performance is excellent and can run different apps and games.
It also supports a dedicated gaming mode to enhance the performance and internet connectivity.
Let’s now discuss the cameras:
The device comes with triple rear cameras, The first is the Wide 48MP with Sony’s IMX689 sensor.
It also supports All Pixel Omni-Directional PDAF technology, which provides very fast autofocus.
The second is the 13MP Telescope cameras.
The third camera is the 48MP Ultra Wide camera with 120 degrees of view, The front facing camera is 32MP.
The cameras provide excellent life-like colors similar to the iPhones’ life-like colors.
The device takes Macro photos with good details, The device supports 10x hybrid zoom, and the details are honestly excellent.
More than that, and the details will be a bit blurry.
Oppo says this device supports up to 60x digital zoom.
Night mode photos are very good, and videos are amazing, especially the colors.
This is because the device supports up to 1 billion colors, The device comes with 3 mics, which means the recorded audio will be excellent
The device shoots videos with 4K@60fps.
HDR photos are excellent, but sometimes, we had to take a photo twice.
The rear cameras are amazing, and they shoot 4K videos with 60, This device is very capable.
The camera sensors are indeed excellent.
But The problem is that Oppo isn’t as popular as other companies, and the price of this device is a bit high.
But those who tried Oppo know the capabilities of Oppo devices, But for those who haven’t tried it yet, how would you convince them to buy it with this price?
The device is IP68 water and dust resistant.
It doesn’t support an SD card or the 3.5mm headphone jack.
The battery is 4260mAh, and it supports fast charging with 65w.
It uses the SuperVooc 2.0 Flash Charge technology, which is known to be the fastest.
The battery charges to 100% in 40 minutes, It charges from 0% to 40% in 10 minutes only.
The device doesn’t support wireless charging, but it supports NFC.
Other currencies are available on the screen, The only caveats are that the device doesn’t support SD card and 3.5mm headphone jack.
But the rest of specs and features are indeed distinguishable.
Let me know what device should I compare it with.
If you think the price of this device is high, then you should know that there’s another mid-range device from Oppo, It is called Oppo A92.
The frame and back are made from plastic and it comes with 4 rear cameras and a single front facing camera.
It also comes with a fingerprint sensor on the side of the device.
The screen is LCD 6.5 with 405ppi density.
The front facing camera is housed in a punch hole in the screen.
The screen is very good for daily use and it produces good colors.
It comes with stereo speakers with good performance, but sometimes, it is better to use headphones.
The CPU is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 and the GPU is the Adreno 610.
It is great for daily usage such as surfing the web and social media platforms..
But don’t pressure the CPU by opening a lot of apps.
There could be some dropped frames if you choose gaming with high settings.
It comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage, It supports 2 SIM cards AND an SD card, It runs Android 10 and ColoroS 7.1 on top of it.
The front facing camera is 16MP, It also comes with 4 rear cameras. The first one is the wide 48MP lens.
The second is the 8MP Ultra Wide lens.
The third is the 2MP Depth sensor and the fourth is the 2MP Macro lens.
With good light, the cameras produces beautiful photos.
The photos have sharp details with excellent colors.
But I guess the device should get a better software for portrait photos.
It also produces very good night photos for such a device from this category.
The cameras shoot 4K videos, but the videos are a bit shaky!
The device comes with a USB-C port and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
The battery inside is 5000mAh! The battery supports fast charging with 18w.
It doesn’t support water and dust resistant. It is from the mid-range category, but with these specs, the device is tempting.
It doesn’t support NFC, but it is still a competitive device.
With the price of the Find X2 Pro, you could buy 4 A92 devices.
Always check your needs before you decide to buy anything.
Do you need a premium flagship device or a good device with excellent capabilities?
