The design of this device is very beautiful. It comes with dual screens. The keyboard on this device is small, Do you think it takes third of the overall space?
It does take third of the overall space.
The other two thirds are basically a screen, This is what Asus do with their ZenBook devices, especially with the Duo series. This is the Asus ZenBook Duo. It is one of the main Intel Evo devices. It comes with the i7 Tiger Lake CPU.
The CPU is from the 11th Gen, and it comes with 2.8GHz frequency. The GPU is the Intel IRIS XE Graphics. It also comes with 32GB of LPDDR4X RAM.The onboard storage is 1TB SSD. And it runs Windows 10 Pro. The more you dive in this device, the more features you’ll find.
Also, Let me now continue reviewing the specs and features of this device, This device is considered one of the main devices from the EVO platform, which is to say from the premium category. It offers all the needs to do tasks quickly and smoothly. It offers high responsiveness and the battery life is no less than 9 hours.
And of course it supports fast charging. The device supports the latest connectivity technologies such as bluetooth 5 and WiFi 6. The design of the device is elegant with sharp edges and a metal back with Asus logo on it.
The back, however, smudges with fingerprints, The device is a bit thick. It weighs 1.6kg. On the left side, it has 2x Thunderbolt 4 ports. It offers transfer speeds up to 40Gbps. Theres also another HDMI 2.0 port. On the other side, there’s a USB 3.2 port, 3.5mm headphone jack and an SD card reader.
The new hinge is made from zinc. This means it is more smooth and durable. Asus engineers were able to make it 30% smaller than the previous one.
The hinge is designed to lift up the device when open. This gives the device better airing and cooling.
Once you open the device, you’ll be met with the 14 screen. The screen is IPS with FHD resolution. It supports 400NITS and 100% sRGB. And of course it supports touch input.
The keyboard is closer to the user. The touchpad is moved on the right side. The reason behind this is the ScreenPad+. It comes with 12.6 size.
It also IPS with FHD resolution. This time, it is leaning towards the user, unlike the previous version. Thanks to the new hinge design. Asus warns of placing things underneath it.
This might cause damage. The second screen supports touch input. It has its own settings for brightness, wallpaper, and it can be full used with apps.
Designers will enjoy this settings of this screen. All you need to do is open Adobe apps from the ScreenPad+. Then open the app you want to use.
Such as Photoshop or Lightroom. The screen will adapt up your needs. This screen is designed to give users ac, Users can edit and use it in a great and productive way.
The performance of the device and the excellent cooling process will also be increased. The device comes with a Stylus to use it for writing or drawing. You can also use to fully control the device.
Whether with the main screen or with the ScreenPad+. The Stylus works using batteries.
The battery lasts for a very long time. Hopefully, I’ll keep testing it to find out more. The speakers are tuned by Harman Kardon. They’re known in the audio market.
The box contains the device and the charger. It also comes with booklets, pouch and the Stylus. Two screen, Stylus, long lasting battery and many new features that are supported by Intel’s EVO.
