The photos it produces are very good. The colors and brightness are good. Even HDR was satisfactory. The details are clear when using the ultra wide lens. But the brightness and colors are a little less.

Portrait on both rear and front facing cameras are good as the backgrounds are blurred. Optical zoom is up to 3x, and the quality is very good. Even with Hybrid zoom, the outcome was satisfactory.

Digital zoom reaches up to 30x, but the quality is lost, but the device could produce zoomed photos from a distant place. Macro was also good. Details were clear.

Even the night mode was good. The device supports photography using AI, where it provides the best settings before taking a picture. It also supports AR mode and Pro mode.

You can control the lens aperture, and the device supports slo-mo up to 720p@960fps. This is the front facing camera on the Honor 20 Pro. The camera is on the top left of the device. It comes with good specs and features.

The test of the front facing camera on the Honor 20 Pro. It comes with good quality and photography modes. and a test of the video produced using the front facing camera. and a test of the rear cameras. The angles will make a difference for you, but let me shift to the ultra wide angle. the ultra wide lens.

You will Notice the difference. It can contain more content in the frame. It will be helpful when travelling. The sun test is very important to me.

Let’s see how it performs with sunlight. The CPU inside is from Huawei, called the Kirin 980 with 8 cores and 7nm build. The CPU comes with an NPU, which helps in performance using AI, The GPU is the Mali-G76 MP10.

Using the Geekbench, the single core scored 3255, and with multicores, it scored 9570. We tested PUBG, and it automatically started with high settings. The performance was excellent and smooth. By the way, the device supports the GPU Turbo 3.0 technology.

This technology enhances the performance of the device and the battery. But this technology supports certain games, so make sure if the game you play is supported.

The RAM is 8GB, and the onboard storage is 256GB. It doesn’t support and SD card, though. It also supports 2 SIM cards. You can’t use an SD card, only 2 SIM cards. It runs Android 9 with Magic OS, and it is considered smooth and easy to use.

The UI offers a number of shortcuts like swiping with 3 fingers to take a screenshot and one-handed usability. It also supports App Twin feature, which allows you to use two WhatApp or Facebook apps together.

The device supports Bluetooth 5 and dual WiFi 2.4GHz and 5GHz. It also supports VoLTE and WiFi Calling if they are supported by your carrier. It supports NFC and Mada Pay. It comes with a USB-C port.

The fingerprint sensor is embedded in the power button, and it is fast. It also supports face recognition, but it is not safe as it doesn’t have dedicated sensors. The device comes with a single speaker, and its performance is satisfactory.

The mic supports noise cancelling. The battery is 4000mAh. It supports quick charging using the Super Charge technology with 22.5w. It charges the device from 0 to 50% in half an hour. BUt you’ll have to use the charger that comes in the box. It comes with ghost green and ghost black colors.

The box contains the device, transparent cover, wall adapter, USB-C cable and a USB-C to 3.5mm dongle. But the content depends on the market you buy it from.

Pros:

it comes with cutout for the front facing camera. Hopefully, behind the screen cameras will come soon. It comes with 4 rear cameras with satisfactory performance.

The 4000mAh battery that supports quick charging is also a good thing.

Cons:

Doesn’t come with a 3.5mm headphone jack and Micro SD support. It also doesn’t come with water and dust resistance. Other than that, the Honor 20 Pro brings good things for this category.

This is the end of this review. Let me know what do you think of this device.
